I'm getting sick and tired of Amex cutting credit lines and then will not provide the information to even determine what they based their decision on. These pin heads will say it's based on your credit report but won't tell you what within the report is the basis for their decision.
They have these robots who talk to you and say BETWEEN THE BEEPS.."If you have a question you have to talk to Experian."
Of course Experian has no clue what Amex uses so Amex puposely run you in circles AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE OUT THE INFORMATION ON WHAT EXACTLEY THEY USE TO MAKE A DECISION. SOUNDS PRETTY SHADEY WHEN A COMPANY WON'T TELL YOU WHY ACTED THE WAY THEY DID. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR...CUT UP YOUR AMEX CARDS AND IF YOU'RE A MERCHANT DON'T ACCEPT THEM.
