No, but I would like to. What is his number?

Amex failed to disclose to me that Credit Balance Refund Checks sent to me had been fraudulently endorsed and cleared. They had the cleared check with the fraudulent endorsement signature and they had my signature on file, so if they compared the two signatures the fraud would have been obvious.
