OFF-Topic. Garbage has some questions/concerns.
Aug 24th, 2008, 7:01pm

Garbage has some questions he wants to direct to Drucker but I believe he wants them posted here for all to see--apparently, he's too uncomfortable to ask directly so I've attempted to get him to ask them.  Garbage, you can use this topic heading as some people get testy if you muddy up the topics as you might have noticed.  Therefore, just do a separate chitchat instead of taking the topic off course.

Don't worry about the webmaster banning you, you should be allowed to ask those questions openly if you want.  If someone asks me questions then I try to get the answers for them.

It seems that some people may not have anything against Drucker, per se, but personally, have formed at opinion of lawyers in general just from the reputation of lawyers or from past experiences.

Garbage, get your concerns answered here.  So as you can see, even though I support the attorney's free speech rights, I sense that you are hesitant to mention those concerns openly due to fearing you won't have free speech rights here.

Got questions/concerns, let's hear them. If you choose not to, that's fine, too: but it seemed you had some questions per your pm's. Wink  Maybe he seemed snappy with you since you took the topic off course.  I'm sure all attorney's aren't all bad even though some of us have formed these impressions.

free speech rights for all. Cool

I guess he didn't want to know that bad since he's not asking them...
deleted the other PM's w/ questions...but here's one...
garbage wrote on Aug 24th, 2008, 2:28pm:
Presidents don't have to be licensed in the states in which people vote.  Attorneys do have to be licensed in the states in which they are soliciting business.  By the same token, if I was not being anonymous and was using the internet for business purposes, I would have to mention the states in which I was licensed.

So not an attorney but I'd say he isn't practicing law here, he's only posting and has freedom of speech.  Other attorneys have posted here in the past, too.  I'm sure if it wasn't ethical, he wouldn't be doing it.  So maybe you can provide some answers to his questions now. Wink
Glad I could help.

Garbage you had your chance to get all of your concerns out on the table ...so if the good attorney starts posting again, then, don't get your amexsux thongs all bunched up and go home to cry to mommy.  Smiley
Seriously, he has the reputation of being a true gentleman per the news article about him, so all you have to do is ask your questions.  He treats everyone with kindness and respect as you might have noticed.
You like to post and like to debate and we know you miss macca when she's not here Huh: have a little fun and challenge him but do allow his free speech rights. Cool

Well, well...Garbage, look what you did:  Angryyou not only chased away macca, you chased off the good, Mr. Drucker, too and this site is just so darm boring now.

If they decide to come back, let them stay and post...besides, makes the site a little more interesting and not so  d u l l.

Free speech rights for everyone, even lawyers. Cool

As for me, might lurk in a blue moon but might not. Wink
