After fighting tooth and nail and taking it to the executive department, I finally got a $12793 chargeback reversed! The details of the dispute are on my post dated 8/4/06. Merchants, don't give up! Don't accept no as an answer. Keep fighting for what you know is right.

I am very happy to say that AMEX came through in the end and I am very grateful to all the people in the chargeback department who helped turn this around.
