I have been banking with USAA for over a decade.  They are the best bank in the world.  They have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.  Intelligent employees that live in the United States not Bangladesh.  They are awesome to deal with.  

They have excellent credit card offers, excellent loans for cars, and excellent consumers loans.  

DON'T USE AMERICAN EXPRESS.  THEY ARE OWNED BY THE MAFIA AND ATT&T.  They ar desperate for money due to the merge.  They are forcing people to upgrade to platinum cards as a way to get more money and to pay their accounts EARLY if they want to charge more.  

AMERICAN EXPRESS HAS THE WORST, WORST, WORST, CUSTOMER SERVICES, IS POORLY ORGANIZED, EMPLOYEES ARE POORLY TRAINED, AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER AT ALL.  THEY ARE STUPID MORANS AND YOU DON'T NEED THEM.
