Amazing. So Ameripoff actually DOES have contests for pushing plans. It's much worse than Amway. Hey, does Ameripoff give preference to Amway salesmen when hiring?

Anyways, pretty sickening. And eventually I get to help the poor clients that made it possible for a bunch of slick salesmen to go out and get stinkin' drunk. I made a joke once about Ameripoff salesmen sitting around at a bar high fiving over sucking some ignorant client into a Happy Meal. Guess it wasn't a joke after all.

How can people do this for a living?  Shameful.

Now where do I sign up for the happy meal?

I have been in numerous sales-driven businesses in their offices.  employees have to be held accountable for their production and results.  most every office i've been in has some sort of white board that tracks employee #'s, sales, calls, etc.  Most of them would have some sort of goal either written on the board, or the president of the office would announce the goals each day.  it makes sense.  it's a business.  you guys are taking this way too out of context.  think of the reality of it.  do you think Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, or Edward Jones just let their employees sell how ever many plans or land however many accounts as they want?  maybe they just let them sit back and "truly" help all of their clients out in an honest fashion.  no.  it's a sales business.  relax, everybody.  if sales isn't for you, then don't knock what the business is trying to do just because they are trying to motivate employees while holding them accountable.

yep they are looking for sales people, will give them 2-3 months of training and then they will be the only people "shareholders" speak with.
