I truly wish that I knew about this message board prior to accepting amex. They really suck. I had a retail sale for 1,300.00 and 30 days later the customer (after wearing her new wig the entire time ...yuk) claimed that she did not receive it and her chargeback was for double the amount charged! We faxed her sales receipt and her signed signature, as well as a ups tracking number and guess what? She won the claim for more than the amount charged. Con ARtist
